Matt Wilson, CASP
President & CEO

Matt is the founder of Murdock and serves as the President and CEO of the organization. Matt focuses on delivering the highest level of client service to senior living and care providers through the development and implementation of cohesively integrated strategies. Matt is an enthusiastic and respected leader. He is very successful at bringing team members together in order to achieve goals while driving execution of plans and strategies developed to meet clients’ goals.

Dana Smith
Principal & Vice President, Strategic Services

Dana is a Principal and Director for Murdock. Dana is responsible for delivering high-quality client service driven by data, research, and strategic planning. Dana conducts in-depth audits, provides strategic plans, and provides financial support for clients. Dana provides clients with a well-rounded set of capabilities from her years of experience in senior living and analytics. She believes in results-driven, mission-oriented efforts, and in making assessments and completing analysis and following with swift and direct response in order to achieve desired results.

Austin Shoptaw
Manager, Tele-communications and Customer Experience

Austin manages Murdock’s Tele-contact and Customer Experience department. Austin is responsible for providing client service for Tele-contact and Customer Experience clients. He measures and reports on first impressions, sales experience, sales and marketing approach, printed materials, and professionalism for clients- as well as competitors- in order to provide clients with a strong understanding of their market. He also oversees tele-contact campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring his team maintains focus on increasing appointments, driving traffic to events, and conducting activities that will assist in cleaning up databases.

Anne Moses
Senior Consultant

Anne has over ten years’ experience in senior living sales and marketing. Anne provides Murdock’s clients with a breadth of expertise in database analytics, project management and oversight, sales team support and training, and strategic planning and plan management. Anne also brings clients extensive experience with the implementation, training, and oversight of senior living communities’ lead management systems.

Phillip Grimes
Tech and Digital Specialist

Phillip serves as Murdock’s Technical and Digital Communications Specialist. His eye for design and love of technology developed into a specialization in creative solutions for senior living providers. Phillip’s strength lies in his ability to blend aesthetics with functionality resulting in professional websites that drive traffic for clients.

Katie Range
Lead Creative Specialist

Katie serves as Murdock’s Lead Creative Specialist. She specializes in the research, design, and production of a wide variety of printed marketing materials. Her experiences have allowed her to work across a full spectrum of print, identity, interiors and interactive, all have which added tremendous value to the way she approaches visual solutions. Delivering excellent creative work is achieved by listening, understanding and collaborating with clients. There are no problems, only solutions.

Ashley Popp
Designer/Art Director

Ashley is a Designer/Art Director with over 15 years of experience. She enjoys working on Corporate re-branding and working directly with the client to really define their marketing needs. Ashley loves to create from concept to reality, and has a keen eye from logo development to marketing materials. She creates smart, fresh, brand-centric designs to help clients strengthen their brands through compelling, results-oriented designs.

Mystery Shop Specialist

“George” serves as one of Murdock’s Mystery Shop Specialists. He contributes to competitive phone shops to evaluating the “the ultimate customer experience.” George likes to call his research “Actionable Intelligence Delivered”.
