PRESIDENT & CEO
As the founder and president/CEO, Matt focuses on delivering the highest level of client service to senior living and care providers. An enthusiastic and respected leader, Matt brings together the individual strengths of each team member to execute the plans and strategies developed to meet clients’ goals.
Prior to Murdock, Matt was the executive vice president for sales and marketing at Total Lifestyle Communities in Santa Barbara, Calif., where he was responsible for new business development and led the marketing and sales oversight for marketing consulting engagements. Prior to Total Lifestyle Communities, Matt spent five years at Greystone Communities in Dallas, where he was responsible for occupancy development of numerous senior living communities and for providing consultation for third-party marketing agreements. Matt was successful in driving sales and increasing occupancy though staff development (recruitment, training and accountability), market-appropriate strategic marketing plans, and taking creative and aggressive approaches to challenges. Prior to joining Greystone in 2002, Matt was a wealth manager at Morgan Stanley, responsible for coordinating and implementing complex financial planning and risk management strategies for retail and institutional clients, while managing in excess of $60 million. Matt has more than 10 years in selling to the 62 years of age and better clientele. He received a B.A. in economics and a minor in psychology from Southern Methodist University.
VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING & CREATIVE SERVICES
Anne is responsible for overseeing our clients’ strategic marketing efforts and creative needs, focusing on oversight and execution of digital and traditional communications tactics and overall brand management. Clients gain from her expertise in new lead generation tactics, creative concept development, and strong, results-oriented marketing strategies.
Through her senior living consulting experience, she has gained a deep understanding of the sales process, training, and database analytics, guiding clients in maximizing budgets to improve sales and marketing efforts. Anne has a B.B.A. in marketing and management from Texas Tech University and works out of Murdock’s Dallas office.
SENIOR DIRECTOR MARKETING & CREATIVE SERVICES
Austin’s responsibilities include overseeing all of Murdock’s creative projects, including digital, print and other mediums. He directs the creative process as the liaison between clients, Murdock’s consulting team, and our creative strategies team.
His focus is ensuring the success of marketing efforts through the creation of unique, eye-catching pieces that exceed clients’ goals and are consistent with brand standards. Austin is the motivator behind Murdock’s brand identities, messaging and campaigns. He has served Murdock in various capacities since 2011, building on his 15 years in the hospitality industry. Austin received a B.S. in biology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Arkansas.
VICE PRESIDENT SALES CONSULTING
With more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience (14 in the industry), Jessica is passionate about inspiring others to deliver results. She specializes in motivating sales teams and leadership development. Her extensive senior living sales experience includes everything from standalone rental communities to high-end Life Plan communities.
Most recently, Jessica served as the regional vice president of sales and marketing at Senior Star Management company. In this role, she managed all sales and marketing activities in multiple communities nationwide. Jessica also previously worked in sales and marketing for Asbury Communities in Tulsa, where she was responsible for occupancy growth, sales training and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans. Prior to her work in senior living, she managed residential properties in the Tulsa area for McSha Properties.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE SALES CONSULTING
Lisa serves the sales and marketing teams with the development, cultivation and execution of sales strategies and approaches. She is skilled at quickly evaluating communities’ sales efforts to develop personalized sales training and coaching plans that strengthen lead generation strategies and improve first impressions and the sales process. She is experienced at increasing the overall productivity of sale teams by evaluating their strategies, time management and tools, giving clients proven sales techniques that increase occupancy as well as maximize sales and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Murdock, Lisa spent 13 years working with a number of senior living and care providers through various stages of the sales and marketing process. She is a proven leader, effective in communicating with management and leading team members through blue sky, construction and the effective fill of the operational community.

DATA & ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE
Eva supports Murdock teams through client reports, research, budget forecasts, marketing audits and other activities contributing to successful client relations and projects.
She joins Murdock after 18 years working for Eddy Senior Living in the Albany area of New York, supporting the executive director and vice president by managing staff, services and reports. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in cardiology services at Glen Falls Hospital, where she learned she had a knack for organization and an eye for streamlining processes. She also realized she loved helping people by contributing to their overall health and well-being – a value that has guided her career to-date.
CREATIVE & ARTISTIC MANAGER
Larry’s role at Murdock is focused on the conceptualization, design and production of performance-measured, content-rich creative designed to align with our clients’ strategic marketing goals and drive results. He manages the creation of a variety of deliverables, from digital assets for sponsored social media campaigns, web and email marketing to the production of mechanical art for direct mail and collateral materials.
Larry joined Murdock with more than 20 years’ experience across a diverse array of industries that include medical, retail and finance, and consistently delivers creative products that attract engagement and foster insight, while maintaining adherence to brand standards.
ACCOUNTING & OFFICE MANAGER
Erinn is the point of contact for all accounting-related functions. She works alongside Murdock’s team members to provide the support and resources necessary for each and every engagement, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. In addition to her accounting responsibilities, Erinn tends to the office’s day-to-day needs to keep productivity and creativity flowing.
Erinn previously worked as an office manager for Turner Oil and Gas Properties in Oklahoma City, supporting the leasing team. She also provided accounting and office management services for Nichols Hills Plaza, before it sold. She received a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in organizational communication.
PLANNING & FINANCIAL CONSULTANT
For the last 17 years, Susan has worked to coordinate successful planning, financing (tax exempt bonds or bank loans) and development of 15 senior living new, expansion or repositioning projects (some of which included multiples stages/phases) ranging in project budget from $10 million to $100 million. Much of that experience was in her role as vice president with Greystone Communities. She has coordinated the completion of more than 30 planning engagements including development, redevelopment, expansion and business improvement plans.
Prior to this experience, she oversaw the financial management of over 20 CCRCs including financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, systems implementation and integration, policies and procedures, and financial management training of senior living community directors. On top of her significant experience in senior living, Susan is a CPA in Tennessee (active) and Texas (inactive). She graduated from the University of North Texas with a M.S. in tax accounting and a B.S. in accounting. She also achieved her CASP certification.
PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANT
Since 2003, Evie has been connecting clients to prominent media organizations to boost awareness locally, statewide and nationally. She tailors communication campaigns to help Murdock’s clients reach target audiences with the right message at the right time in the right way. Evie consults specifically on earned media, social media, branding content, event planning and advertising.

Haley works closely with clients and designers to make sure the creative vision is on track and deadlines are met through every phase of the creative development process.
Before her time at Murdock, Haley lived in New York City, performed off-Broadway and toured nationally as an actress with Flipside: The Patti Page Story, garnering a Kennedy Center Award for Outstanding Actress.
MYSTERY SHOP SPECIALIST
“George” provides a valuable service to clients in gaining powerful insights and deeper understanding of their business. Competitive phone shops and evaluations of the “the ultimate customer experience” are just a small part of the research George provides, which he likes to call “Actionable Intelligence Delivered.”
