A Personalized Approach
When Matt started the company in 2008, it was in response to the need for a personalized approach to occupancy initiatives. He worked for a number of senior living consulting firms and realized that simply finding ways to increase occupancy and census and improve financial performance were not enough. The solutions needed to be efficient, easily implemented and cost-effective.
